This week’s challenge is to share photos of liquid, and so what better liquid to share than my favourite one: coffee.
Delicious and creamy, South Indian style filter coffee is amazingMy basic go-to: Plain brewed coffee, always without cream or sugar. On a hot day, Thai iced coffee – coffee with sweetened condensed milk is a refreshing treatWhen I travel to Quebec City I always have to stop at Chez Temporel for a bowl (not a mug or cup) of Cafe au Lait
I believe so. The method of brewing is similar to Vietnamese coffee (hot water poured through small-holed metal filter) but it’s completely different, otherwise. And of course the way it is served is also quite different – both are very delicious, though.
I especially like the simplicity of the first shot.

Thanks!

both have an amazing earthy essence
Agreed – and that nice balance of bitter, creamy, and sweet. Now I want coffee – which would not be wise 90 minutes or so before bed. ЁЯЩВ

I might be in Quebec City soon..so thanks for the heads up that I can get a BOWL OF COFFEE.
Lucky you! Yes, many places offer coffee by the bowl (un bol). It’s a pretty fantastic city. I’m a little jealous!
