Facebook is on to my Tricks (And I am on to Theirs!)

I started this blog a couple of weeks ago – about the same time as my last Facebook login. While I was there I mentioned that I would likely be doing writing here and not posting to Facebook anymore. Savvy friends suggested I set up WordPress to automatically share posts to Facebook. Finding The Way to Discomfort

I only had one entry planned but just before I started work I watched this TED Talk. Boiled down it has one simple message: We grow when we’re a bit off balance. We stagnate when everything is predictable and comfortable. For me, I’d go one step further. I am happiest when I’m a little off balance. DFL FTW

Last night I didn’t have time to go out for a ride, but with our tour coming up in about 2 weeks I need to get some kilometres under my belt. And so I signed myself up for the ZTR Thursday night race – my old standby from earlier this year. I set up my bike, fought with connecting it to the computer and then inflated the tires and calibrated the trainer.
