Brick by Brick Week 6: Good News / Bad News

Pivoting from tracking metrics of sleep, stress, and exercise, Todd moves on to tracking mood and content consumption in the experiment to improve his overall mood and well being.

The first phase of the "Brick by Brick" project is over after a week that ended in an unexpected way. But as one phase ends, a new one will be beginning soon.

This week I continue to look at optimizing my exercise, diet and sleep goals and it's all improving! Along the way I share this week's POV cycling videos, and some new insights and correlations.

It was a slower week with a little less exercise, some stumbles in my routine but some bright spots in terms of quality and quantity of sleep. And most of all, avoiding getting sick.

This week Todd continues his project of optimizing his eating/sleeping/exercise routine and is taught a lesson by a rogue kottu roti.

Todd and Daegan find that without a car the best way to get to the McMichael gallery is by bike. But taking their bikes is not without its challenges.

In today's entry, Todd and Daegan head out on an adventure - a cycling/camping trip that does not go quite to plan.

Last summer a move disrupted my routine and since then I've been riding as a passenger in my life rather than driving it. Over the upcoming weeks I'll be adjusting routines and monitoring metrics to get back to where I want to be.
