Week one of my project to build a better routine is over. How did it go? Did I ride all I planned to? Do I feel happier? Sleep better? Find out in today's entry.
Todd and Daegan find that without a car the best way to get to the McMichael gallery is by bike. But taking their bikes is not without its challenges.
In today's entry, Todd and Daegan head out on an adventure - a cycling/camping trip that does not go quite to plan.
Last summer a move disrupted my routine and since then I've been riding as a passenger in my life rather than driving it. Over the upcoming weeks I'll be adjusting routines and monitoring metrics to get back to where I want to be.
After almost a month, Todd writes a post about what's happening, where he's been and why he's been so lax in posting. It's all good and all about disrupting internal and external algorithms!

I'm my worst enemy in getting myself out the door. I love to ride and explore but getting from the couch to clipped into the pedals is the hardest part of most rides. Today I used a couple tools to overcome that resistance.
In today's entry I go for a bike ride for me with no rules. Then there are three good news stories to remind you that good things are still happening in the world.
Here's a quick update on what's going on for me today and of course stories of good things happening in the world.
