Todd has a really lovely weekend mix of alone time, family time and time with friends. And of course there are several good news stories here to remind you there's still good in the world.
In this entry (twice in one day!) Todd shares a video and book recommendation about one of his cycling inspirations, Jenny Graham.
Today Todd tries an experiment of sharing an article he liked here rather than social media to see how that works. Why did he like it? It talks about how the author is getting through uncertain times. It was pretty helpful!

Todd finds a workaround to ensure he is more regularly following through on bike rides just in time to have the bottom bracket of his bike fail. Fortunately there are also three good news stories to share too.
In today's entry, Todd talks about the routines and habits that are challenging for him and has a plan to improve on three different fronts.
While I was riding in the countryside outside of Toronto yesterday I passed a dairy farm and the smell of hay and manure brought back memories of growing up in Vermont. I thought about my classmate Steve for the first time in years.
Today Todd gets back on the bike for some long rides, then has a bit of a stressful time when he arrives home. And still there are so many good things happening in the world.
Yesterday we talked about my morning routines in the breakfast room. Today we leave the house and head to the office to see what my routine is there. Of all my routines, this one is the most solid and works the best for me.
