This week I continue to look at optimizing my exercise, diet and sleep goals and it's all improving! Along the way I share this week's POV cycling videos, and some new insights and correlations.

It was a slower week with a little less exercise, some stumbles in my routine but some bright spots in terms of quality and quantity of sleep. And most of all, avoiding getting sick.

This week Todd continues his project of optimizing his eating/sleeping/exercise routine and is taught a lesson by a rogue kottu roti.

After almost a month, Todd writes a post about what's happening, where he's been and why he's been so lax in posting. It's all good and all about disrupting internal and external algorithms!

In today's entry, Todd talks about the routines and habits that are challenging for him and has a plan to improve on three different fronts.

Yesterday we talked about my morning routines in the breakfast room. Today we leave the house and head to the office to see what my routine is there. Of all my routines, this one is the most solid and works the best for me.

Winter and laziness have taken their toll on Todd's daily routines. Watch the process as he rebuilds his routines in real time. Steal what you like and share what is working for you in yours.
