Sunday around lunchtime I packed my bike and headed north for a long ride in the country. Along the way I learned a bit more about cycling and some insight into how I engage with life and maybe how I could approach it more effectively.

My routine is changing, adapting to the summer weather and timing. But above all I'm reading - likely more than any other time in my adult life. I share a few of my favourite articles I read this month also.

A last minute route change results in an unexpected wildlife encounter. But the ending is not 100% happy.

Today I reluctantly get out the door for an early morning ride. I'm rewarded with a much improved headache and some more beautiful imagery.
